    Uncover the hidden messages within your emotional anatomy that are shaping your physical & mental wellbeing. It begins with an in-depth remote intuitive body reading to uncover emotions, subconscious beliefs & energies that are creating imbalance, pain and dis-ease.


    The reading will be shared with you on our 30min call. Note this is not a healing session, it's simply a sharing of the reading. I suggest to purchase signature energy healing sessions so we can do the inner work to clear these energies

  • A curated journey for the body.

    Using Yin Postures & Energy Work, this personalised session is a deep bodywork transformation to release and relieve emotions, memories and traumas stuck in the fascia.

    You’ll be in each pose for 3-6 minutes, while I guide you through a healing practice to unlock and heal what is still being held in the body.

  • I am so grateful I got to experience Chaldee’s beautiful new healing session combining yin yoga and theta healing — two of my favourite things. It was such a delicious, transformational experience. I’ve had really bad groin and hip pain since December after pulling it in a group fitness class. I’ve tried lots of treatments and it’s been slow to improve. During the session we worked through that area and explored the trapped emotions connected to the pain. The pain is still there, but it’s gone from a 10/10 to about a 2–3/10, which feels pretty amazing from one session.
